You can't use actions with the Move trait. Triggered movement (such as from being shoved or pushed) still occurs — Immobilized only blocks voluntary movement.
Both Grabbed and Restrained impose Immobilized as part of their effect. If you remove the Grabbed or Restrained condition, Immobilized from that source also ends.
