Compels all actions toward movement away from the source at maximum speed; blocks willful approach and non-movement actions. Distinct from Frightened — applies forced movement, not...

You must spend each action you have to move away from the source of the Fleeing condition as fast as possible. You can't willingly move closer to the source, and can't use actions that don't involve movement.

Fleeing ends after a specified duration or when the source is removed. It's distinct from FrightenedFrightened applies a penalty; Fleeing compels movement.
