On a failure, the target experiences your choice of the following emotions, but if you pick anger or joy this spell gains the Incapacitation trait. - Anger On its next turn, the target spends its first action to attack the nearest creature, even if it’s an ally. - Joy The target can’t take any hostile actions. - Fear The target becomes Frightened 2. - Sorrow The target is Slowed 1 and bursts into tears. --- Heightened (4th) The spell affects all creatures in a 20-foot burst. Each creature must be affected by the same emotion.
