Runs the busiest stall at Portside Market, longer than anyone's bothered to count. Feeds capes for free. Feeds villains too, if they're polite about it, and treats the whole market like neutral ground the way some folks treat a church. Everybody tells this vendor things they wouldn't tell a soul — mostly because the vendor's very good at looking like they're not listening.
Appearance: Apron stained a dozen shades of harbor cooking, sleeves rolled to the elbow, a towel slung over one shoulder that never quite comes off. Eyes on the whole market at once without ever seeming to look.
