An open-air market on a reclaimed pier, run three generations deep by families who came to work the docks and stayed when the docks stopped hiring. Food, gossip, and the odd favor you can't buy anywhere legal. One of the rare corners of the city where a cape gets treated like a customer instead of an event. The vendors know things. Getting it out of them for free is another matter.
Appearance: An open-air market of weathered wood stalls and canvas awnings on a reclaimed pier, strings of bulb lights over crates of fish and produce, salt air thick with cooking smoke. Everything here looks handled, patched, and still working.
