A cunning operative who excels through skill, stealth, and precise strikes.
Hit Die: d8 Primary Ability: Dexterity Saving Throw Proficiencies: Dexterity, Intelligence Armor Proficiencies: Light armor Weapon Proficiencies: Simple weapons, hand crossbows, longswords, rapiers, shortswords
Key 1st-Level Features:
- Expertise: Choose two of your skill proficiencies (or one skill and thieves' tools). Your proficiency bonus is doubled for those skills.
- Sneak Attack: Once per turn, deal extra 1d6 damage (increasing by 1d6 at every odd Rogue level: 1d6 at 1st, 2d6 at 3rd, 3d6 at 5th, up to 10d6 at 19th) when attacking with a finesse or ranged weapon against a creature if you have advantage on the attack, or if an ally is adjacent to the target and you don't have disadvantage.
