Hillfolk Band
A roving hillfolk community, bound by herds and the open highland road.
- Size
- Hamlet
A Hillfolk band is a mobile hamlet-scale community of roughly twenty-five to seventy-five souls. It lives through herds, hounds, wool, milk, trade with other bands, and occasional contact with Stonetop, Marshedge, or Lygos.
Bands are bound into the larger Hillfolk world by kinship, marriage, treaty, rivalry, feud, and old grudges. Their steading stats should feel sparse but socially dense.
When to use this template
