Glitching
Status penalty to attack rolls and skill checks, plus mandatory flat check at turn start or lose an action; applies only to tech-trait creatures and objects. Glitching scales with...
A Glitching creature, hazard, or object with the Tech trait experiences a combination of debilitating effects and moments of seizing up. Glitching always includes a value. The creature takes a status penalty equal to the value to attack rolls and skill checks. At the start of each of its turns, it must succeed at a flat check or lose one of its actions for that turn.
The flat check DC is determined by the source. Glitching is a Starfinder-specific condition that affects technology — organic creatures generally can't become Glitching unless augmented.
