You are turned to stone. You can't act, and you are Off-Guard. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to AC and all saving throws from your hardened exterior, and resistance 10 to all damage except sonic.
Petrified creatures are objects for most purposes — they can be moved, targeted with object-affecting effects, and their HP can be damaged. Reducing a petrified creature to 0 HP destroys the stone form permanently.
