Second-generation, wind and weather, fast and charming and physically incapable of standing still. Cyclone answers the phone. Shows up at school assemblies. Flirts with everybody in the room. Under the charm sits somebody who watched three teammates not make it through the Collapse — and counts their names every morning, out loud, to nobody.
Appearance: A wind-swept costume in cool blues and grays with trailing, streamer-like sleeves that ripple even indoors; perpetually windblown hair and a restless stance, like they're mid-motion even standing still.
