Second-generation, weather over open water, and never much for coming inside. Stormwatch keeps to the harbor and the streets under the Petrel Line, has no patience for the Longwatch's downtown operation, and calls Sentinel's press conferences a kind of weather event in themselves. The adult most likely to tell the team the truth about the recovery — mostly because it's never once done a thing for her.
Appearance: A weathered costume the color of storm clouds, hair permanently wind-whipped, static crawling faint blue along the shoulders when the air gets heavy. Stands like she's daring the sky to start something.
