A walled marble plaza at the foot of Vigil Tower, every name — cape and civilian both — who didn't walk away from the Foundry Fire or the long stretch of the Collapse that followed carved into the stone. Civilians leave flowers. Capes read the names aloud, low, like checking a debt still owed. One of the only spots in this city where the gap between hero and civilian isn't being managed for anybody's benefit.
Appearance: A walled marble courtyard of pale stone inscribed floor to shoulder-height with names, a shallow reflecting pool at its center, the light always slightly softer here than the street outside.
