When you need somebody — a fence, a fixer, a paramedic, a getaway driver, a person on the inside — declare you know them and roll +Superior. On 10+, they show up and they're glad to see you. On 7-9, they show up but they want a favor up front. On 6-, somebody is here, but they are not who you wanted.
