She moves quietly without seeming to try. Eira — Rhianna's lieutenant — is lean, weathered, perpetually squinting, and the cynical voice the rest of the crew listens to whether they admit it or not.

Her instinct is to survive and take her crew with her. Like the rest of Rhianna's crew, she's one of the levers Stonetop uses to turn ordinary villagers into followers, complications, and stakes.
