They are the Green Lords remade through corruption and vengeance.
They lost everything and went on building. The Fomoraij are what The Green Lords became after the Fae rebellion, the betrayal of fellow Makers, and the bargain with The Things Below — patient and hateful, still cultivating new horrors in the dark beneath The Great Wood.
Driven from their homes, hunted by their former servants, betrayed by fellow Makers, and desperate to win, they called on The Things Below and let darkness and poison flow through their minds, flesh, and lands. They have dwelt below for centuries. Their influence reaches the surface through minions, infected servants, corrupted sites, chimerae, hazardous growths, bound spirits, and old Green Lord ruins, but they have not openly returned since the fall of Vor Svetelik.
Running one
Best treated as a custom threat with themes from the Things Below, a constraint that keeps it from simply emerging, a lair under the Great Wood, and forms that combine horror with the humanoid remnant of a Green Lord.
