Deep in a ruin of the Stone Lords lies an old dwelling that still bears the psychic imprint of its inhabitant, a stoneshaper of considerable skill. Step inside the dormitory and a vision overtakes you: the student, young and striving, inventing his very first spell. The working can be drawn from that imprint with patience and a head for magic, though earth answers it only by taking a toll from the body that calls it.
