Navigating the Neon Jungle

Cities can be difficult to navigate, even with the use of digital maps. Construction, demolition, detours, and traffic are common in densely populated settlements, such as a bustling space station in a high-traffic system or a remote mining colony on a dangerous planet with a toxic atmosphere. An up-to-date digital navigator might suffice for simple navigation but is likely to miss all the paths and shortcuts that require a Sense Direction check to find without a local guide.
