This grenade was invented by the Eoxian navy, its designs later stolen by the early Corpse Fleet. When it explodes, the grenade rapidly releases calcifying agents which transform living flesh to bone, dealing void damage. Living creatures in the area must attempt a basic Reflex save. If you have access to the critical specialization effect of grenades, creatures who critically fail their saving throw become Clumsy.
