--- Your stomach contents can become especially toxic to outsiders. When you use Fire Breath, you can choose to deal poison damage instead of fire damage. If a creature fails its Reflex save against your Fire Breath when it deals poison damage, it becomes sickened 1 (Sickened 2 on a critical failure). Special If you have Purge Stomach, you can still use your Fire Breath while under the effects of Purge Stomach as long as you choose to deal poison damage.
