You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to Will saving throws against the triggering effect. Increase this bonus to +2 if you've dealt mental damage to the target since the last time you used Telepredict. If you roll a critical success on the saving throw, the target takes 5d4 mental damage and becomes stupefied 1 until the end of your next turn.
