In an emergency, your especially oozy body has adapted to split into multiple pieces to survive danger. A piece of you splits off to ward off a harmful blow. The triggering attacker must attempt a DC 13 flat check; on a success, the attack targets you normally; if they fail, the attack targets the piece of you that split off, destroying it. You become stupefied 1 and clumsy 1 for 1 minute, after which time your body regrows the split-off part.
