Renkroda

Renkrodas are a family of large dinosaur-like predators native to the planet Castrovel. They've spread beyond the jungle planet's boundaries thanks to smugglers, poachers, and ultra-wealthy big-game hunters. Bipedal and strong with long necks and decorative spines, renkrodas are best known for their terrifying roars, which they bellow frequently as a form of long-range communication and to scare away other predators and scavengers. Over a dozen species of renkrodas exist, each specially adapted to their environment or ecological niche. Members Spined Renkroda (Creature 12), Whiptail Renkroda (Creature 10), Whiskered Renkroda (Creature 5) Other Renkrodas There are dozens of renkroda species found on Castrovel alone, each adapted to a unique ecological niche and hunting tactic. A few other commonly encountered renkrodas are the burrowing horned renkrodas common in the Colonies, the amphibious sandscale renkrodas that live along the coasts of Asana, the toxic fanged renkrodas common in the jungle lowlands, and the extravagantly colorful frilled renkrodas known for their mesmerizing mating displays. Renkroda Dens Renkrodas live in dens, usually located in a crevasse, cave, nook, overhang, or simply sheltered divot they've scratched into the ground. While they hunt wherever they find prey, they prefer to carry smaller meals to their den for later consumption. As such, it's possible to recover the remains or damaged belongings of the people renkrodas have killed—as long as you act quickly! Renkrodas rarely keep these stockpiled meals around long.
