Wounded always includes a value. You have been seriously harmed in combat. Whenever you gain the Dying condition, increase the Dying value you gain by your Wounded value.

Wounded accumulates: each time you lose the Dying condition (without spending Hero Points), Wounded increases by 1. The condition ends only when you're fully healed to max HP and rest for 10 minutes, or when someone successfully heals you with Treat Wounds. See also Doomed for the other death-track modifier.
