Your existence is an anomaly that defies the normal parameters of your current reality. You might have encountered something that disrupted your core existence, or you crossed the veil from an alternate reality or twisted timeline. When an enemy in your quantum field attempts an action with the Concentrate trait, the action is disrupted unless they succeed at a DC 5 flat check. The first time a creature fails this check, it becomes temporarily immune for 24 hours.
