Brush Thylacine
This lone predator wants its prey frozen with fear before the pounce lands, breaking cover with a hiss meant to unsettle more than the bite.
The brush thylacine is a striped marsupial predator that stalks the scrub on silent paws, then breaks cover with a chilling hiss before it pounces. Lone hunters, they prefer to terrify prey into freezing before the jaws close.
Hunting Cry [Single Action] (Auditory, Emotion, Mental) The thylacine growls, hisses, and bares its jaws in a frightening manner as it attempts to Demoralize a creature. It gains a +2 circumstance bonus to this Intimidation check, and the attempt is not penalized if the target can't understand the thylacine.
Pounce [Single Action] The brush thylacine Strides and makes a Strike at the end of that movement. If the brush thylacine began this action hidden, it remains hidden until after this ability's Strike.
