Telepathy

The hero reads minds, projects thoughts, or communicates at distance. Telepathy is intimate, invasive, and rarely as clean as the hero would like. Most telepathic moves trigger Pierce the Mask outcomes regardless of what the hero rolled.

Unleash Your Powers applications: read a target's surface thoughts, project a thought into a target's head, broadcast to multiple targets, anchor a teammate's mind during a chaotic moment. Costs at 7-9: picking up something the target was hiding from themselves, leaking a teammate's thoughts to bystanders, the target noticing. Costs at 6-: the target reads back into the hero, hard.
