Power Profile: Super Speed

The hero moves faster than the world's frame rate. Super Speed lets the hero cross distance, dodge, and intercept; it does not let them think faster, and many speedsters have a chronic problem of arriving in the wrong scene.

Unleash Your Powers applications: outrun anything mundane, catch a falling civilian, cover ground between scenes, dodge a single attack. Costs at 7-9: arriving without a plan, leaving teammates behind, structural damage from acceleration. Costs at 6-: running headlong into something the hero did not see coming.
