Shape-Shifting

The hero changes form — a different person, a different species, a different shape entirely. Shape-shifters wrestle with whether the form they have right now is them, or just one of them. Identity costs are baked in.

Unleash Your Powers applications: infiltrate, blend in, fit through a tight space, become something terrifying, become something inoffensive. Costs at 7-9: the form not quite right, a teammate flinching at the transition, the cape stuck for a beat. Costs at 6-: the cape losing track of which form is theirs.
