Power Mimicry

The hero copies another superhuman's powers — temporarily, partially, or by physical contact. Power Mimics are politically delicate; they are also constantly identity-questioning, because every borrowed power is somebody else's signature.

Unleash Your Powers applications: copy a teammate's power for one move, copy an enemy's power to redirect, copy and modify. Costs at 7-9: the copy imperfect, the source noticing, the cape locked in the borrowed shape briefly. Costs at 6-: the cape gets stuck wearing somebody else's identity.
