Power Profile: Cosmic Power

The hero draws on a force at the scale of stars or worlds. Cosmic Power is the Outsider's signature inheritance and the Doomed's most dangerous toolkit; the trade is always that the cosmic source is paying attention.

Unleash Your Powers applications: scale-shifting effect, planetary perception, a power so big the team has to stop the hero from using it.
