Capes, criminals, and civilians share the same wards here, and the staff wrote their own triage rules for injuries the textbooks never covered. These walls have seen it all. The surgeons on this floor have buried more friends to cape business than to anything else on the intake sheet.
Appearance: A boxy concrete tower with harsh fluorescent corridors, waiting-room chairs bolted in mismatched rows, the smell of antiseptic under everything. Worn linoleum and taped-over cracks in the walls, kept scrupulously, wearily clean.
