Flowers still appear at the cairn outside the Ringwall, and nobody admits to leaving them. Sianna is Rheinal's widow — remembered, not present — and grief still moves through the village in her shape.

Her instinct is to be remembered. She appears in the crinwin raid aftermath example, where fear, exhaustion, dead crinwin, and funeral preparations bring grief sharply into view.
