Preshi Kav
She has walked every trial she demands of her followers — and become something beyond them.
She still walks the same testing-paths her adherents do, and she sets the standard by completing them. Preshi Kav is one of the Three Honored Sages of Barrier Pass and the leader of Unmoved Mountain — the ascetic sect that pushes its adherents until they are no longer the people who walked in, and asks them to do it again tomorrow.
Appearance: A woman in late middle age, lean and hard as dried wood, with a face that has been exposed to altitude and cold wind for decades. Her robes are plain undyed wool; her hands and bare forearms show the scars of tested ground. She stands in the way of someone who has nothing to prove and no particular wish to be comfortable.
Instinct: To drive her students towards perfection
