Dead last winter, still shaping the lives of everyone he left behind.

He's dead, and his sister is raising two children alone because of it. Garet was a member of Rhianna's hunter crew and Cerys's brother — the lever Stonetop uses to show what's left after the worst happens.

Appearance: Known now mostly through what he left behind: a grieving sister, two young nieces, and a crew that toasts him at the public house.

Garet is a ghost in the emotional life of the village. Use him to make loss concrete — he is not a plot device but a real absence. His name comes up at funerals, over drinks, and whenever Cerys is in a scene.
