Andras
Young enough to be brave before he's scared, old enough to know they're all watching.
He volunteers before he thinks about it, then asks for advice he plans to ignore. Andras — Padraig's son, a young archer in Rhianna's hunter crew — is eager, observant, a rookie, and painfully aware that everyone is watching.
His instinct is to impress Rhianna. He's one of the levers Stonetop uses to turn ordinary villagers into followers, complications, and stakes.
Moves
- Volunteer for the dangerous job before thinking it through
- Ask for advice, then do what he wanted to anyway
- Come through when it actually matters, surprising himself most of all
Appearance: Young and lean, with the self-conscious bearing of someone who knows everyone is watching. Quick to grin.
Instinct: To try to impress Rhianna
