The word that a vortex grew after generations of screaming offerings poured into the gorge.

Solitary, spirit, emanation, devious, terrifying, hungry. In a mist-choked gorge in the southern Huffel Peaks, a vortex of Hlad the Devourer sucks at reality. The Barrow Builders fed it gifts, offerings, and screaming sacrifices until those offerings gave the vortex a Voice, and the Voice still roams the mountain.
