Morgais

A pond spirit hollowed out by drowning gifts and filled with Daagon's cold hunger.

Solitary, spirit, hoarder, devious, watery, beautiful, corrupted. Even shallow pond spirits can be callous and uncaring, so the deep pools that have claimed mortal lives are worse. Drowned offerings let Daagon into their watery hearts, turning such spirits into beautiful morgais who sing victims into the water.
