The bride who drowned searching for her husband haunts the deep wood still.

Solitary, spirit, undead, forlorn. Those who ply the Great Wood tell an old tale of a bride, newly married to a handsome trapper. He failed to come home one night, and she unwisely entered the forest to find him, falling into a deep pond and drowning. Ever since, her ghost has roamed the woods on moonlit nights: wet and shivering, desperate and pleading, certain that her husband is still out there.
