When you fly it in battle, allies feel bloodlust boil within them; hold 3 Blood and spend it to drive allies forward, hold fast, or fight savagely. It grants advantage when Blood is spent on Order Followers, Deploying, or another PC Clashing. The traits it stirs may linger, and it will not function again until soaked in fallen foes' blood.
