Spindle of Fine Thread

A grieving ghost's hair spun into a leash for the dead.

Some fifty feet of fiber, spun by a ghost from all the hair that ever fell from her daughters' heads. It is light, fine, and almost unbreakably strong; only one who has Seen the Last Door can handle it, and only a silver blade can cut it.

When you bind a ghost with this thread, it holds the spirit fast.
