A wall-fixture that bleeds raw lightning from the old storm-lords' walls.

A fixture of the Tempest Lords, or a piece of damaged aetherium inlay torn from their works, that channels elemental lightning. Still live and crackling, it can be repurposed as a hazard, a light, or a power source by anyone bold enough to wire it in.
