A throat in the earth that eats body and soul alike.

A five-foot-wide hole at least 100 feet deep, ending in a watery chamber or underground lake that holds a Mouth of Daagon. When you linger near it, it asks what you envy, what you wish to possess, or when you last felt trapped. Anything tossed down is devoured utterly, and anyone who falls is gone body and soul. Feed Daagon something beloved and it answers with a gift.
