A two-fist-sized hunk of amber with blood-sucking insects floating in its center. It tethers an ambitious spirit of insects, blight, and disease.

Treat it as a magical entity with an Instinct to foster worship. When it acts, it may demand blood sacrifice, shield a worshipper from sickness, vermin, and poison, or blight an enemy with rot and pestilence.
