The cold, rime-covered leg bone of a witch who broke her leg and froze to death, now housing a potent winter spirit.

When you first grip it, roll +CON to master the spirit within; fail and you suffer cold damage and weakness. Once mastered, it serves as a hand, crude, magical weapon that ignores armor and deals 2d4 damage, sucking the warmth from your foe.
