Bat swarm

A cave exhales darkness and fury all at once, all at once.

Kind Environmental or Procedural Threat

Stepland caves are often home to thousands upon thousands of bats. Individually, they're nothing to fear. But stand in the way of a swarm? Oh dear. Squeaks, chitters, and flapping first, growing louder — then a wall of sound, scratches, and fluttering wings crashes over everyone in reach (d6 damage, area).
