Bend the creek's patient work to the village's will and never go thirsty.

A shallow creek flows just below the town. If only it could be harnessed! Effects: add them to the Resources list and increase Fortunes by 1; when spring breaks forth and you roll a 7+ with Fortunes, the steading generates 1 Surplus.
