Sigil-Bearing Constructs
Stone servants carved with a mark no one living should still be using.

- Clue
Lithic servants wandering the ruins around Three Coven Lake — and each one bears the same sigil as the scroll Vahid carries, carved into its forehead.
The second of three converging clues for the Mindgem hunt. The constructs are the deathless sorcerer's mind, spread across multiple bodies, all animated by Skol Gaeille's device — which is powered by the heart the PCs are looking for.
Revelation
The constructs all bear Skol Gaeille's mark. They lead back to one place: the device. Interrogate one (good luck), follow one home, or just notice that they all converge on the same spot.
When PCs interact
- Capture/follow: the constructs return periodically to wherever the arcane device is hidden — the GM picks the site (the source examples include a warren of rooms carved into a bluff)
- Communicate: they don't respond directly. They are extensions of a single mind
- Recognize the mark: Vahid Knows Things — that sigil is Maker property-marking; same artisan as your scroll
Using them in play
The curious construct from the bluffs encounter is one of these. Use it to telegraph the network — if the PCs ambush one, another shows up later watching them.
