A rusty cauldron, big enough for a grown person to crawl inside, pitted and scratched and engraved with whorly rune-like patterns. At least, you hope that's rust. Boil the bones of beasts within it and stir in your own fresh blood, and an unliving chimera rises from the broth — a stitched-together horror bearing the aspect of each creature whose bones it was built from, bound to serve at the cost of yet more blood. Terrifying, clumsy, and forever on the edge of confusion, it lashes out at what it cannot understand.

To unlock it

thoroughly scrub the rust from the cauldron.
spend seven nights sleeping in the cauldron, dreaming foul dreams, marking a debility each time.
boil the bones of a beast that you honestly loved or valued, mixing in some of your fresh blood.
bring the wretched thing that arises under your control.
