Deep beneath a ruined giant fort, in a looted vaulted storeroom, four roof pillars stand carved with huge runes that thrum with power. A staved-in giant skeleton lies face-down just inside the threshold. The runes preserve the shattering words of Aalz Childric, and their secrets can be unlocked by anyone willing to study the sequence and risk bringing the whole structure down.
