Mantle Wraiths

This tattered mantle was found draped over a skeleton stripped clean of flesh, its bones scored all over with what can only be bite marks. Sigils worked in silvery thread run through the cloth, and human teeth are sewn into the fringe like decorative beads. Tethered to the garment are a pack of slavering wraiths — spirits of shadow and cold that drain the life from the living. Mastering the mantle means wearing it three days and three long nights through the nightmares, and bringing those wraiths to heel.
